Taking care of the health of the people who work at Chemion is an integral part of our corporate culture. Our health management program includes numerous measures to protect the health of our employees.

In today’s working world, people are required to increase their performance and possess social integrity and emotional stability. We invest in the well-being of our employees and provide them with ideas and information to preserve their long-term health. In cooperation with „Return2work“, a service company located in Duisburg, Germany, Chemion has implemented the “Job” (“Jobs without barriers”) project, an initiative sponsored by the German Federal Ministry of Health.

The aim of these activities is a sustainable increase in the health of Chemion’s employees, using preventive measures such as workplace design, or medical care during an illness and facilitating the return to work. Because employees who feel good will better serve our customers.
