Leverkusen | January 22, 2009: Satisfied customer recommends sample service center

Nothing is as convincing as the recommendation of a satisfied customer! Bayer MaterialScience AG placed the shipment of its product samples in the hands of Chemion several years ago. Since then the company has been highly satisfied with the service of the logistics service provider and recommended the sample service center (MSC) to CSC Jäklechemie. The kick-off was on January 22, 2009: Since then all sample inquiries of Jäklechemie from the receipt of the order to the material planning and picking to the packaging and shipment of the products are processed centrally from the MSC of Chemion. The consequence: interfaces were minimized and the operative work at the customer as well as the processing times of the inquiries were reduced.
