Proper Disposal of Hazardous Materials Is Part of The Production Process

The disposal of chemical waste is subject to stringent logistics requirements, because it must perfectly fit the production process. For this reason, we integrate the proper disposal of hazardous materials into your production process. Waste is being disposed when it occurs, around the clock, seven days a week.

The vehicles and containers we make available to you are suited for chemical waste. These can be dumpsters, tanks, tank wagons, or heated sedimentation containers with integrated pumps. They ensure that the residues that harden off after the production process remain liquid. This is worth the effort both in terms of costs and environmental protection, because no cleaning of the contaminated containers is necessary, which also avoids time laidup.

Reliable disposal

The filling amount of a sedimentation tank is determined through a special weighing procedure. This allows the reliable planning of your hazardous goods disposal. Of course, we will return the containers to you afterwards for re-use.

Chemion’s disposal logistics can be provided on short notice. If needed, we can be there in minimum time to handle the professional disposal of your hazardous materials. What makes us so flexible? Our staff is optimally trained. Our data processing systems connect our waste and transport management system with the waste disposal facility of our partner CURRENTA - environmental services. All paperwork that is necessary for the transport of waste can be generated by simply pressing a button. You keep your focus on the production, while we take care of your disposal logistics.
